NOTE: While Dr. Manhattan will still be able to manipulate particles, it will only work on objects that are roughly human-sized or smaller. In addition, he won't be able to teleport into plot important areas of the ship without mod approval; however, it will work in the known and populated areas of the ship. His duplication powers will need to be nerfed down to zero, but the other physical manifestations of the Cherenkov radiation (such as glowing blue and floating) are all fine.
