Unfortunately, your test-drive threads took place right after your first sample of her waking up on the ship, chronologically speaking. Your new sample could have been from a different, non-Ataraxion setting entirely, or it could have been from when Lara was more settled on the Tranquility—but your test drive threads were still part of Lara's introduction to the ship, which is why they weren't acceptable.
