◆ Your character's abilities and backstory seem to have borrowed heavily from White Wolf's World of Darkness setting. While we do accept World of Darkness OCs, we require them to have been written in line with that universe's rules, and for players to clearly acknowledge content that is not their own creation. Without any citation of World of Darkness in the app, and with significant diversion from rules such as the Nosferatu's twisted visage, we can neither accept this app as a World of Darkness character or as a wholly original creation.

That fact aside, if you do choose to reapply there are still several revisions we would like to see made to this application.
◆ We would like to see more demonstration of your character's "voice" and how you intend to roleplay them in-game: specifically a completely new first person sample, as well as a less abstract third person sample.
◆ Your history section at the moment, while thorough, is in parts confusing and difficult to parse, with some actions or events seemingly left unexplained on how exactly Nao arrived at decisions or places. This is perhaps owing to a lack of clarity on the involvement of World of Darkness as a background, but we do expect all history sections to be written as if explaining to the completely canon blind, and would like to see this tidied up.
◆ We would like a greatly expanded and more consistent personality (or better explanation and analysis of its inconsistencies) in order to hold your character accountable to reliable in-game characterization despite her "selective memory". Including insight into Nao's psychology and perhaps a discussion of how significant life events or relationships have impacted her over time could further improve this section.
◆ Please be aware that due to the limitations of our setting any "portable hard drive" would have no outlet to play its contents. We also require names to be written in Western order (first name/last name) in applications and other areas of administration in the game. While these were not factors in our decision, we would encourage you to reread our Rules, FAQ and setting information to ensure minimal further oversights.
◆ As a final note, out of consideration to our playerbase, we request that topics such as rape, suicide and gory violence be clearly warned for in all aspects of our game, including applications.
