On the first point, don't worry about it guys! I wasn't sure if that'd stay in or not and honestly am not surprised you guys aren't comfortable with it. I'm happy to totally nix it entirely.

I think I'm going to nerf entirely his instant reproduction ability as it's the one I foresee being used the most, and I'm totally fine with the rest of his abilities causing a drain on him. I know some of them do in canon and it totally makes sense to apply it fully here to all of his abilities. (I'm also just going to go and toss this up on his application as an edit).

And of course, I'll put up a permissions post as soon as possible and I totally understand that! Things I totally forgot to mention in my app but should know by now. And yes, his abilities won't work on NPCs or the locked areas of the ship.
