NOTE: While we are fine with Doul's Probable Scar, we have been discussing Doul's powers and are concerned about leaving his potential level of power in the hands of a PC. While probability manipulation seems like an interesting temporary plot, the powers seem to have incredible potential for godmoding in everyday use, moreso even than superstrength and telepathy which we already automatically cut in half. However we aren't sure how to nerf them without completely altering the premise of the character. This isn't strictly a revisions request, but we would love to have a dialogue with you about further limitations to Doul's ability to manipulate and predict probability — due to the nature of the Tranquility it is highly likely that this simply may not work, which we would prefer, but we are open to other possible solutions. Thank you for being patient while we discussed this.
