At the moment our concern is not particularly for Doul's influence on large plots, mod or player, but rather that a character making choices in individual threads and interactions that are based in the knowledge of what will benefit them the most could be used for excessive godmoding, and regardless of player, accepting that at face value sets a precedent that the mod team are not comfortable with.
Since we don't want to be looking over your shoulder and holding you accountable all the time, we would like to present the following option:
Doul will be able to recognize probable outcomes but it will be difficult for him to process and he will not be able to accurately predict which outcome will be optimal, or quite often will not get the chance to "see" the optimal outcome all the time. In this way it would become only a "sometimes" power. You could judge yourself when it fails or or roll a dice whenever the situation applies.
We would also like to severely nerf or remove the Might Sword from play.
If you have any alternate suggestions, as we wrote in your acceptance, we are willing to listen and discuss them with you. However if this halfway level of nerfing is not possible or acceptable we are going to have to ask you to nerf Doul's powers entirely, with apologies for any difficulties this gives you in play.
