Unfortunately, Ataraxion does not accept canon OCs, or OCs that are placed within an existing canon universe, regardless of whether or not they interact with canon characters. You can find our policy on appable characters here on the FAQ.
To comment on your second question, we generally allow this concept to be applied for, with the caveat that the demon fused with your character would not be allowed to interact with other PCs in the game, but could still influence and power your character.
