1. This would depend what weapon was used! The rhinobears have thick armouring over their heads and backs which is strong enough to be bullet resistant, but wouldn't mean much against magic.
2. The rhinobears will defend themselves if attacked, but will be focussed on killing the sixth rhinobear and then leaving the area. As such they won't keep up a dedicated attack against another threat, but will do as much as is necessary to deflect or stop that threat before getting back to what they were doing.
3 & 4. The dead rhinobear will appear to decay and rot a lot, lot faster than might be expected. Bringing a piece or the whole back to camp won't have any consequences beyond bringing with it an incredibly strong, foul odour and potentially contaminating food or water via proximity or cross-contamination through contact.
5. No! But they will suffer from extremely bad food poisoning - which could lead to death in the setting, but it wouldn't be an automatic just from eating the meat.
